JOHN LENNON SELF PORTRAIT ART

Size: 500mm x 400mm
Meet the artist - Paul Marshall Johnson.
Paul decided to combine his knowledge of stained glass and his love for art to create a unique collection of glass wall art!
Born and bred in the 1960’s Liverpool, England, Paul was raised in the Mersey Beat era. At 8 years old, he and his family emigrated to LA, but he returned to his roots in 1990 to start a stained-glass business with his brother.
After much effort to recover from the 2008 financial crash, he eventually decided to leave the business in 2019 and take a new direction in wall art. A turning point in his career. Within a year of walking into an art gallery, he became their top-selling artist and is now selling in galleries across the UK.
His art collection draws inspiration from different periods of his life. Working on 4mm toughened safety glass – a canvas he knows well, he celebrates icons like The Beatles from the Mersey Beat era.
